How to Put Your Shop QR on Meesho Shipping Labels (and Count the Scans)

Add a QR to every Meesho label so customers can find and follow your shop in one scan. Step-by-step: crop, sort, several shops, printing tips and scan counts.

Why put a QR on the shipping label?

The shipping label is the one piece of your branding every customer actually holds. Most sellers use it only for the address. A small QR under the label turns it into a shortcut to your Meesho shop: the customer scans it, lands on your shop page, and can follow you or read your reviews in one tap.

A fair warning before the how-to: a QR does not guarantee followers or reviews. It removes the effort of finding your shop, nothing more. And no tool can tell you who followed you, because that happens inside the Meesho app. What you can measure is how many people scanned — that is covered at the end.

What you need

  • Your Meesho shop link (the link you get when you share your shop from the app or website)
  • Your Sub Order Labels PDF downloaded from the Meesho supplier panel
  • 2 minutes

Step by step

Step 1. Paste your shop link

Open the Meesho QR Labels tool and paste your shop link. The page shows a live preview of the footer that will sit under every label, with your QR in it.

Step 2. Drop your label PDFs

Drag in one or more label PDFs. The tool reads each page in your browser — your labels are never uploaded, which matters because they carry your customers' names and addresses.

It also does the housekeeping you would otherwise do by hand:

  • crops off the tax-invoice half of the page
  • sorts labels by SKU or courier partner
  • drops the extra pages that only repeat a second or third invoice for multi-item orders
  • adds a big x2 / x3 badge on multi-quantity orders so the packer sees them first

If you only want the crop-and-sort part, the Meesho label crop and sort tool does that on its own.

Step 3. Generate and print

Press generate, check the preview, download the PDF. Every label now has your QR, a short line of text next to it (you choose the words, Hindi works too) and your shop name.

Selling under more than one Meesho account?

Add each shop link once. When you drop all the PDFs together, every label is matched to its own shop using the name printed after "If undelivered, return to:" on the label, so a label from shop A never carries the QR of shop B. If a name does not match, the tool tells you which shop's QR those labels will get and you can fix the name in one click.

Printing tips so the QR actually scans

  • Print at 100% (actual size). Never "Fit to page" — shrinking the page also shrinks the QR and the barcode.
  • Use the Medium or Large QR on thermal paper. Small works on A4 laser, but thermal printers blur fine detail.
  • Scan one printed label with your own phone before printing a whole roll. It takes ten seconds.
  • Keep the label flat and the QR clear of tape or the courier's stickers.

How many people scanned it?

If you sign in (free) and leave "Count scans" on, your QR carries a private tag and goes through ecomdost.com for a moment, so every scan can be added to a counter. You can switch counting off at any time and the QR will open your shop directly. The dashboard shows:

  • scans today, in the last 7 days and in the last 30 days
  • unique people per day
  • Android versus iPhone
  • top cities and states
  • the time of day people scan

Privacy: only totals are stored. There are no names, no IP addresses and no record of individual scans. Automatic link previews from chat apps and bots are ignored so they do not inflate your numbers.

Remember the limit: scans are not follows. If you also want to see whether your follower count moves, type the number from your Meesho shop into the dashboard now and then and it will draw it next to your scans.

Quick answers

Does the QR work after the label is printed? Yes. Without signing in, the QR holds your Meesho shop link itself and opens it directly, so a printed label keeps working. If you switch on scan counting, it opens a short ecomdost.com address that counts the scan and sends the customer straight to your Meesho shop; it only ever redirects to Meesho addresses.

Do I have to sign in? No. Without signing in you get the same labels and a QR that opens your shop directly — it just is not counted.

Is it free? Yes, and there is no watermark on your labels.

Ready to try it? Open the Meesho QR Labels tool — and while you are at it, the Meesho Price and Profit Calculator will tell you whether the orders those scans bring in are actually profitable.
